Really, no one has thought of this yet?

If we can put a man on the moon or at least fake it so well everyone thinks we put a man on the moon.  If we can carry computers in our cell phones, watch TV in our cars and map the entire human genome.  Why o' Why can't we invent silent dental tools?  I'm just saying....
