I was all gung ho for about 3 days... plank times... 1.06, 1.23, 1.44. Then nothing... I just kept forgetting, no actually that's a lie. I had a note on the counter to remind me and everyday I would look at the note and think "I'll do that this afternoon" and then by the time afternoon came... I just didn't do it. Shame on me. So, I'm going to rechallenge myself and to stick with it. I mean it's only 2-3 minutes every other day. What's so hard about that??
